“When I paired this with an NVMe base and SSD, experience wise it was an order of magnitude faster than my Pi4 with USB connected SSD. Web pages open much faster and, by comparison, installing apps was lightening fast . Setting it up to boot from NVMe SSD was simple (possible on the Pi4 but a bit of a faf!)

“The only downside was after you have fitted the cooler, you cannot fit a card on top without a 40 pin extender. I feel that this extender should be shown as an essential add on on the pi5 page.”
