“Great little fan and ideal for use with Pi 4. I've mounted the fan over an existing heatsink, Pi inside a Pimoroni Pibow case) rather than in the 'official' Pi case. Other users have commented that the fan is noisy, but I found that if it is well fixed (without vibration) then the noise level is perfectly acceptable.”
“Installation is fairly easy and works as expected: the cables go into the GPIO pins and when it receives an output (when the fan is not needed) the fan stops. The high pitched whirring could potentially get annoying but the fan only comes in when the CPU reaches the set temperature.”
“Really easy to install and you can set the temp you want it to start. So my pi is silent until the fan kicks in when I push it a bit harder. Nice product.”
