“I wanted to check out if the RPi 4 could be a low power consumption desktop machine. So far, I've been very happy with its performance, for web, email, document editing it is perfectly adequate and responsive. Standard def youtube vids are perfectly fine. But most noticeable is it is utterly silent on my desk.
While I haven't tried any video editing, I suspect it might find that too much to deal with. Otherwise, this is a lovely little machine.
