“This was a very quick and easy way to get the OS running. It was also easy to re-install said OS from said card when one of my configuration changes went horribly wrong, and it was also easy to manually edit OS config files on the card through a separate machine, with the SD card mounted as an external drive, when yet another of my config changes rendered the OS unbootable. Still - the RPi is supposed to be a learning tool, and one should expect such setbacks, and the NOOBS SD card facilitates recovery.”
“I have this installed in my Raspberry Pi 4 Model B 8GB RAM installed with a HiFiBerry DAC2 Pro board, and USB attached external drive, all running MoOde Audio.”
