It does what I wanted which was to run OMV without an SD card. My only complaint is the PCIe cable. It goes over the SD card slot on the RPi5. I still need the card to setup the OS. The single Pimoroni card did not have this design issue. I wish Pimoroni would come out with a case hopefully with fans for the NVMe. When copying files I've seen disk temperatures reported by OMV over 70C.

There's no documentation regarding larger NVME's. I have two 2TB NVMEs and it looks like there's not enough power. I see the 5V and ground pads but not sure if I should use them. Why are they pads and not an easy connection like a barrel fitting or JST? I submitted a help request.

Have 2 of these now. Using one with 2 nvme SSD drives and one with the new Hailio AI module and a nvme ssd. Both booting from SSD and working fine

Dinged 1 start since this is support PCI 2 speeds only and not PCI 3 like the single nvme base. Tho its mentioned in the description it was not supper apparent at all that this card would not support PCI 3 speeds.

Got it working and booting from NVMe very fast once set on v3 8n config.txt Make sure you get the right eeprom. Mine is working awesome with the AI kit module in slot B. Just wish I had a case to put it all in... Dont like my boards exposed.
