“I now have the 5.7" and this 7.3" version of the Inky Impression and the improvement is amazing. It has a slghtly longer refresh time, for sure, but the image size and brightness is astonishing.
I took my time soldering a 40-pin header to the Pi Zero 2 I needed for this screen. This screen fitted easily, and the setup was reasonably trivial (the new Python env requirement meant a few edits to the install script). I've also added an SHT40 temp/humidity sensor to the back of this screen which was a simple fit with the STEMMA/Qwiic connectors. This is a great product, well done Pimoroni.”
