“Easy to configure and sounds fantastic. I had an issue configuring the audio driver so it wouldn't default to Headphone output but found the setting in the advanced preferences.
I used a dremil tool to make way for the output through the back of the case. But I think I'll be needing a heatsink case since this little unit runs a bit warm. I could make no sense of the tiny screen on the DAC as it doesn't make any difference what volume is displayed and doesn't display my MP3 files as they are playing. Maybe that's another preference but I wouldn't have a clue what it might be called.
In any case this now transforms the Pi4 into a perfect audio and video computer for my entertainment setup with no need anymore for a cumbersome laptop or a desktop box. And the sound is superior to anything I've used before. Awesome product.”

The line out module is being fed to an amplifier's line in and it works very well. The sound quality is good enough for me (I dont feel qualified to make a better judgement as I have ear problems).
The display is really very bright and, as has happened, when an image is left on there for hours then changed there is no visible burn in. I am really very happy with this item.”
