“As another reviewer pointed out, the RX/TX pins aren't the ones coming from the PMS but where you should connect your microcontroller to. Certainly threw me for a loop”
“Does what it says it does. It's worth noting, however, that the RX/TX pins are NOT the RX/TX pins coming off of the PMS5003, but where you should connect to on your microcontroller (basically, flipped from the sensor pinouts). Took me a good while to figure that out.”
