“I enjoyed building the 10 inch model of the Picade. As others have mentioned, the trickiest bit is putting the (new 10") display itself together. The written instructions are loose here and the video shows the 8" model. Add to this that the mounting parts for both screens is included (and they're not marked for either version) and it all gets a bit confusing.
Other than that the kit build was great and the quality is pretty good too. I got mine up and running and the controls work great!”
“I have so much fun with my picade. When you build it, you uses only top quality product ( joystick, buttons, plexiglass, ...). I had some hard times assembling the 10 inch screen because this version has no video tutorial but I did it (and I'm a poor handyman).
The screen is really bright and with large angles.”
“Everything so far has been great. The included instructions were confusing for the 10 inch. The online video walkthrough, while extremely helpful for putting things together does not go over the 10 inch screen install. I had to do a bit more searching to find the addendum that had specific instructions for the 10 inch.”
