I had a few issues with the display because I was using an old TV rather than a monitor but the guidance was easy to follow and I was able to resolve the issue. The software contains everything you need to get started and the kids (7 and 9) were able to write short games in Python and play with scratch within minutes. Highly recommended.”

“Well packed. Comes with an open case and heat sink. Ideal as the Pi's instructions say "Operate this product in a well-ventilated evironment, and do not cover it during use."It's a bit fiddly to assemble but there is a good video on You-tube. The Power supply has several adapters for travel and the plug is the widest part great for multi sockets. A USB Us keyboard and mouse are included. Ufortunatly a micro HDMI adapter is supplied with a full size HDMI cable so dual display would be difficult. Hopefully this will be changed in the future (I got mine on day of release). A NOOBS microSD card and adapter came in the kit along with a strip of LED's that plug directly onto the GPIO pins. I am very happy with my purchase.”
