“I wanted something that would protect the PCB and its components without prejudicing future expansion via the GPIO pins, or reducing airflow over a device known to get toasty under load. This does the job, although I eventually had to mount the RPi4 (in it's Coupe case) inside a small translucent food box (with holes cut into it) to protect the fan SHIM from the depradations of my cats, who seemed very keen on attacking the leds and sticking their claws into the fan. The little swines. Attached is a picture of the running RPi4 in its Coupe case safely encased in a cat-proof food box.”

“Its awesome! Not only does it look cool, its so well designed. At first glance it dosent look like it offers much protection but the way thr plastic has been cut is pure genius! Remember to peal the plastic covers off before you put it together though”
