“I have bought a PiBow for most of the versions of the Pi and I know the build instructions by heart now. I think these are fantastic cases as they are pretty solid when put together and they protect the all important Pi. As the case is open you can still keep the Pi cool and have access to all ports and connectors. Oh, they also look pretty smart too.”
“I love the PiBows and have probably as many as I have Pis. I found the nut closes to the USB 2.0 ports quite tricky to screw down on the screw (which I first had pushed through the holes). I solved it by putting the nut in place and "screwing the screw through the nut", i.e. the nut stays in place on top of the clear layer and then I pushed the screw through the underlying layers and finally (screwing) through the nut.”
“I do like the look of it and its smartly laid out. However the piece closest to the pcb broke men i tried to fit it. It was very fragile and if just wouldnt fit around the are where the POE pins are located. Luckily this isnt visible when its mounted.”
“Enough material to protect but reasonably amount of space to keep everything cool.
The access to all headers and connectors is possible.
Great Product.
FanShim highly recommended, if you want to push the CPU of your Raspi4 to the limit.”
