Worked with no issues right out of the box. And everything is working as advertised after installing the software. My only complaint is it doesn't turn off when I shut down My pi 4B. It just keeps running as long as the Pi has power.

Works like a charm keeping the temperature down and quite enough not to bother anyone but the cat who keeps showing her nose down into it.

It does what it's supposed to at an unbelievable price. My only gripe would be that it doesn't have a riser. It would make it perfect if you could raise it a tad in order to clear a heatsink.

Ahoy Rushabh! You could use a booster header ( https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/booster-header ) to raise the Fan Shim up a bit, though we've found the Fan Shim actually cools more effectively on its own: https://blog.pimoroni.com/raspberry-pi-4-thermals-and-fan-shim/

The fan does a very good job of keeping my Rasberry Pi 4 cool. The only issue I had was the first fan I had died prematurely. They sent me a new one at no cost and it works great.

First I'd like to compliment the service that they offer. My first package wasn't received. After a mail I got a new package send over. As for the hardware: Good quality fan and pcb. Easy to mount and with their GitHub repo easy to install. With some python knowledge the possibility to create your own scripts. The button works like it should. The same goes for the LED lights. Downside, bit of a hassle to make it work on images like openelec.

Fan is a slightly tight fit inside a case (Pibow Coupé 4 Rainbow), but works great!
