“This breakout is small and well-formed. The Pimoroni library for the device on Github is handy too - I've punted in a PR unlocking further functionality for it too. I recommend this device.”
“Despite the best intentions of one of the support people on the Pimoroni Forum, I have been unable to get the ICM20948 to operate, not due to hardware but software: the device can be seen on the I2C bus but the software library cannot be located (trying to run one of the demo files returns "RuntimeError: Unable to find ICM20948"). This on a clean install of Raspbian on a Raspberry Pi 3 B+. I've been happy with all the other Breakout Garden sensors so this one is a bit of an outlier.”
