“I currently use a lot of blinkts for node statuses on a tightly coupled cluster of pi computers doing neural net refinement and migration.
I have also used blinkt on its highest intensity to simulate the light effects seen outside by someone watching tv while away from home.
Really versatile and easily integrated into any project.”
“I’ve not done much with it yet outside of just checking it works but it looks great, especially combined with the aluminium heat sink case for the rpi zero. I will eventually get it set up to show some status lights for my mosquitto broker so I look forward to that. Top marks for Pimoroni’s documentation and library as well.”
“I'm quite happy with my Blinkt! that I received (much sooner than the promised date). It's very bright so I run it on a low brightness setting as I have no case or any other filter in front of the lights. I use it to show my import/export rate of power useage.
(I have solar panels and an Open Energy Monitor system. The Blinkt! LEDs are on a second Rhaspberry Pi that I've setup to receive and display the MQTT signals from the Open Energy Monitor Raspberry Pi.)”
