“I wish this case gave access to the SD card because I like experimenting with (and killing) the OS. It's a faff to take the thing apart to get to the SD card.
I took the backing tape off of the second layer and it just fell apart in my hands. Not a major problem because when the case is bolted together you can't see the join. However when taking it apart you have one more piece to line up correctly. This is probably just a one off problem because my Pi Zero W case, which is essentially the same, did not break in the same place.
It would also be nice to have a cutout for a cpu heat sink.”
“The case comes in 5 parts and you have to disassemble it to gain access to the sd card.
This is clearly a design decision, but it is a bad one as far as I'm concerned and if I had realised that before I bought it I would have looked elsewhere.”
“I do love this case which protects my Zero in the most stylish way. Assembling it happens to be quite easy; there are many tutorials being provided by PIMORONI as well as avid users. The GPIO cut-out lets you tinker away. Thumbs up!”
