Don’t try to connect a pi to a hat with anything else: you could damage the hat or pi!

Just what I needed to expand the connection possibilities of my Pi. Brilliant.

Great product for easy removal of hats and phats. A little larger than I anticipated.

Simple. Allows me to move the sensehat sensors away from the PI and still have access to the pins

I disagree with those saying the labelling is reversed - I have always put the Pi with the HDMI and power ports facing me and never thought of turning the device around, so for me, its the right way around. It surprises me that it only works with the ribbon cable stripe being at the Pin 40 end, but I guess I haven't thought enough about how this type of ribbon cable is wired internally. It's great value for money and beautifully built.

Ordering was a breeze. The hat looks like it will work fine, once I have t.ime to finish installing it on my Pi.

Just got my latest package of Pimoroni goodies. I'm imagining all the cool stuff I'm going to do with the different hacker boards. All appear well made, nice screening, etc. Seeing the cool mounting slots in the pHat Stack to allow mounting both Pi3 and PiZero in various ways makes me think that adding those slots to the Hack3r would make a great product even better. I do find it curious that the Hack3r doesn't line up at all with the mounting holes of a Pi3. It's also curious that it doesn't line up with the mounting holes of a PiZero or a Zero Pibow. Not sure what the holes do line up with. Please consider adding slots and/or more mounting holes to the Hack3r. I'm certain I will get a lot of use out of it the way it is, but it would be even more useful with more mounting options.

Good quality and finish, Color coded pins would be nice, having the pinout on both sides for the "solder yourself" version with a fat white line on position 1 side, then we can choose which side to solder/use (pins left to right = classic or right to left = modern)
