“This is a great screen which makes a real difference to the Picade. It's relatively easy to fit with some careful measuring to get it straight and centred but managed it without too much of an issue. Note my screen did not come with any replacement cable ties or adhesive fixings so had to request a pack was sent to me. Pimoroni were great as usual in sorting this out. Also to fix the LCD control board in the same position as the 8 inch screen control would require making the screw holes in the board bigger, I'm reluctant to do this for fear of splitting it so have used cable ties instead. Really please with this overall the bigger screen makes all this classics much more enjoyable.”

With a totally new OS image it worked fine. I have not tested all its possibilities (for exemple the GPIO), but up to now everything is perfectly OK.
