“I purchased the Picade Max which developed a fault with the Power Hat 12v pass though 24hrs after setup. I emailed support on a Sunday, and the replacement arrived early on Tuesday (amazing thanks v much). The faulty Hat was returned using their prepaid Royal Mail service which was very straightforward. All round great support.”
