“The kit works perfectly. I think it is an excellent solution to have the camera detached from the R-Pi without sacrificing image quality. The only thing I would have desired (and this is the reason of 4-star instead of 5) is that the kit should include some plastic or other type of part to attach the HDMI connector in the R-Pi side to the R-Pi itself (using the R-Pi mounting holes). The problem in the connector of the other side (that of the camera) has been solved with four screws and separators (included in the kit, and very useful).”
“If you're looking to make your own CCTV or want to add a camera to your bird table then this kit is ideal. I have my Raspberry Pi camera on the end of a 6 foot HDMI cable and the picture looks as good as always. It makes camera placement much easier. Highly recommended! :)”
