This case is amazing for those who want to build a retro game console. I am nostalgic for the look of the classic NES and this case beautifully captures the look, albeit about half the size of the original NES. I just wish it came with a fan to cool the pi, and it's a shame the one USB 2 slot is blocked, but these are minor things for me.

These are really well made, they look and feel better than you imagine. Only gripe is that if the PCB had been designed slightly different it wouldn't have blocked the spare USB and you could leave nano mouse & keyboard dongle in permanently and still had the 2 external USBs for controllers

Glad I got this, the cartridge aka the SSD holder is a boon. The drive hidden away inside the unit and I can swap it out when I want. The internal fan is a bit noisy but that’s a small niggle.

Nice little box. I bought it because it has an embedded SATA to USB adapter that allows me to connect one 2.5 hard disk (and also because it looks cool). I found it a bit difficult to connect all the cables if I followed the instructions provided to the letter. I ended up dismantling one of the internal circuit boards to be able to connect the USB cables without forcing too much. I also tried to make the power button to work as it is supposed to do (safe shutdown) but couldn't. At the moment it is running with that feature disabled (which is fine for my needs)
