“Not a bad size, small enough to use plugged into a Raspberry Pi 3, but big enough not to hit the wrong keys all the time. Worked first time.
Although, I can't work out how to type a pipe, as that key types something else and I can't find the correct settings, other than it it's great.”
“As an Apple user I love chiclet keyboards so having a chiclet keyboard for my Raspberry Pi projects was a no-brainer. This keyboard has a good build quality, it has a nice key action and it's only ВЈ8! Plus it is nice and small making it easy to store when I don't need it plugged into my RPi.”
“I bought this keyboard to help me do initial setup of Pis before SSH is enabled. It's compact but very usable and about the same size as the bluetooth keyboard Apple ships these days (early 2017).
The only thing worth mentioning is that it is a US layout so if you are in the UK and want to change the configuration then:
1. Ensure that the keyboard is plugged in. The config changes only work if a physical keyboard is detected.
2. sudo raspi-config
3. Choose the Localisation Options menu item
4. Choose Change Keyboard Layout
5. Leave the Generic keyboard type selected.
6. You should see a list of UK layouts. If so, choose Other and then Choose English (US). Otherwise find the English (US)keyboards from wherever you are in the menu system.
7. Choose the top, plain, English (US) keyboard layout.
8. Complete the other menus in a way which seems sensible and then reboot for the changes to take effect. I chose AltGr to be the Right Alt key and the Left Logo Key for the Compose key.”
“This keyboard considering its price range outstands it reputation by a long run I totally recommend you investing into such an amazing affordable product like so.”
