“It is fun to build and expose this not so little buggy. It has thorough colourful instruction about all aspects of building it, but of course not for small kids - they won't be able to do it or appreciate process, but definitely will enjoy playing with it. Also nice to have contacts on it that would allow to solder it to power mains and convert to nightlight.
What would be nice to have is principal electrical diagram of buggy to fulfil interest in how it works.
One drawback why reducing start to 4: one of the LED is not very stable in work, I suppose quality control should be better.”
“My child, aged 11, had started an interest in electrical engineering. He showed how passionate he was to be an engineer when he grew up, but we couldn't find any simple way to teach him. I looked online at websites, youtube videos and he asked teachers at school, but none of them succeeded in making him understand. So i looked online for electronic starter kits and every website that had it was very expensive. I searched for a long time and eventually cam across a guide on a website. It contained a video with an advert at the beginning for Pimoroni. I clicked the link to the website and it was perfect. My son loved it, i loved it and it had everything he needed, from motors to transistors to computers! This product is great. It is challenging to assemble some parts( but nothing is good without a challenge) but also very fun. He enjoyed it and it made me happy to see that. Thank you so much Pimoroni for inspiring my son. This is a great website which can do great things.
It is a supershop!!”
