“Good product, but not for the use i intended for it i wanted to place a cable band on the gpio pins but it didnt fit. It was needed to buy an extra extender to make it fit. For any other use its a really good case.”
“I would recommend the Aluminium heatsink case over the official Raspberry Pi 4 case. The PI runs hot using the official case and I found my self removing the top cover to cool it down. This may have put pressure on the PI MicroSD bracket that broke. This case runs nice and cool now. I am using Ubuntu on my Raspberry Pi4 8G and runs fine now. Worth mentioning you can access the MicroSD card without taking it apart. No direct mention of that in any review. Only mentions all ports are accessible.”
“Very good fitting, extra heat transducers sticking pads which fits greatly, timely delivery, and it looks so much nicer than the original raspberry casing. It really does make a difference on the pi temperature.”
“Beside the fact this heatsink does it's job correctly and keeps the temp about 10 degrees cooler, the much cooler fact is that it just looks so good doing it.
If you're using a pHAT make sure you get the Booster Header given it's pretty much required (as you can see from the photo's, the gap is still tight even with the booster).”
