Having bought a 4GB RPi and worrying it might need more cooling that my 2GB, I was intrigued by this model of case. The build quality is superb, the parts are solid and fit together marvellously. I looked up the assembly instructions on this website, and they illustrated putting the cooling pads on the 3 chips on Pi board and placing top cover on that. The unit once screwed together is solid and rugged, and looks and feels like an impressive piece of kit. Super happy with this case.

This is a cool very compact case that seconds as a heatsink. It significantly reduces the temperature, so I'm quite happy with it.

Very well-designed and manufactured. Fits accurately to the RPi4, providing an armoured casing and a good heatsink. Is warm even when the RPi is not working hard showing good thermal conduction, i.e is efficiently conducting heat away as demonstrated by monitoring the core temperature. Expecting it to provide a long-term and efficient cooling function for an always-on device.
