“I purchased a set of these wheels for a future project so delayed using them for a number of months. The wheels had problem in that some of the rollers were binding causing erratic sideways motion. I contacted the company and demonstrated the fault with a video, the wheel set was replaced without question even though my purchase was some months earlier. EXCELLENT customer service.”
