“They are what you would expect, easy to solder on to the top or bottom of a Pi Pico for headers of breadboard use. If you solder them on with the Pi Pico upside-down you can see the GPIO pin labels when it's in a breadboard.”
“What is there to say about these headers? They fit perfectly into my Pico and stayed in place without any external help (tape, etc) while I did the soldering. Once I had them soldered, they did a great job of conveying electrical signals back and forth between the Pico and the RGB Keypad Base.
Buying the Pico and headers separately provided a tiny bit of savings versus buying a Pico with pre-soldered headers and I actually had fun soldering the headers on, so it was a win-win.”
