“The printer does not support the command set described in the manual. Setting the print density, printing bitmaps and bar codes do not work. The commonly available Arduino/Raspberry Pi libraries will not work properly for the same reason.”

Like others have said, a little parsimonious failing to include just a small strip of thermal printer to verify that it works on arrival.”
