“I have been testing some of these cables with varying success. The 15cm cables work well and are quite happy on a pan and tilt setup. 30cm cables had the odd glitch but Ok. Several 100cm problems with camera not found and RPI hanging or rebooting if cable coiling up or getting near anything electrical.
Probably not surprising as only 15cm officially supported. If they are layed flat and not moved may be OK.
I also have a 200cm cable but have not tried it yet but not very hopeful.
I have been using mediamtx for a continuous RTSP stream to Frigate DVR so a lot of bandwith being used so probably less of a problem for lower bandwidth applications.
