“Works, but barely fits into the primary HDMI 0 port of the Raspberry Pi 4 because it is too wide, and the connector is too close to the power socket. You can wedge it in at a slight angle with a bit of force, but it's very hard to remove the power connector if you do that (which is something I do frequently because there's no power switch) and it's eventually going to damage the soldered connector on the Pi.
For the Raspberry Pi 4 you'd probably be better of buying a micro HDMI cable.”
“Does what it says on the tin - converts the Raspberry Pi4 Micro-HDMI port to a full size HDMI port, but because it's just a small "plug type" adaptor, rather than one with a short flex, my purchase of two of these at the same time as the Pi4 was a waste as they're far too big to plug both in together -- I have purchased a cable-based adaptor separately. It's also worth noting that this adaptor doesn't even really fit properly in to the "HDMI-0" port on the Pi4 even on its own -- it's just a little bit too fat and pushes hard against the USB-C power connector - I would not recommend anyone using this in the "HDMI-0" port at all.”
“This product is excellent for use with the raspberry pi zero. But I would not recommend using it in the HDMI 0 port of the raspberry pi B 4. Because the casting of the HDMI converter & the USB3 power adapter push against each other causing excess force on the two connectors on the board. I have ordered two mini HDMI to HDMI leads.”
