“Prompt shipping and a great value! I am using this adapter to build a Raspberry Pi-based NAS drive in a bricked "My Book" enclosure. I have tested it with several SATA drives, including the obsolete 1 TB 5.25" drive from the bricked enclosure. All worked without issue.”

“I really shouldn't have bothered looking elsewhere. I tried a cheaper (but not by much) adapter from eBay to connect a Kingston SSD to my Pi 4, but performance was really slow. Bought this adapter from Pimoroni and haven't looked back. Better still the slightly shorter cable actually makes it easier to tuck the SSD underneath the Pi case.”
