A great little PCB if you have external sensors with the matching Qwiic/Stemma QT to connect up as it makes the wiring a lot neater and certainly more reliable than the DuPont connectors on most PCB's. It's a shame there aren't more manufacturer's (like yourself) that are making sensor PCB's with these connectors as the Adafruit ones (which have them) tend to be a lot pricier.

It does exactly what it suggests perfectly well, connecting up to four Stemma QT devices to the fifth port. The only suggestion I'd have for improvement is that it does have a green power LED, but unlike some other Adafruit breakouts there's no trace to cut to disable it. I would have liked to be able to do that without having to desolder the LED.

This is a passive hub. No idea, why Adafruit adds a LED to this breakout. And no trace to cut. Besides this, the hub does what you expect from it.

Many I2C devices have two connectors so you can chain them. Otherwise, this hub comes in handy.

Going from random jumper wires to STEMMA/QT (Qwiic, sort of) is like upgrading from horse wheels and windmills to a sweet, sweet MAN diesel engine: including, I regret to say, the price. Then again, both Adafruit and Pimoroni have excellent and well-deserved reputations around here (Vienna, Austria). And it’s so tiny and cute, Adafruit should have painted it pink!
