“Emphasis is no longer on the Arduino IDE and a smooth Windows USB experience. The earlier versions from a few months ago are working fine but the latest ones that annotate "CircuitPython" are one big headache for me right now. The old ones are fine -- new ones, not so much at all. In fact, I can't get them to work at all with Windows but the earlier versions ? No problem. I really don't get it.

I found the work-a-round to get Windows to see these new versions. Solutions will be posted to the pertinent forums as this venue is not the place for this topic. Bottom line, a solution has been found by me that is workable though must be done with each new device.”
