The one positive is that you do not feel any heat on the hands when hilding when it's hot. However, the huge negative is that thetwo styles of coffee cups are never fully sealed on top. It meams when walking or in the car for example, the contents go everywhere.

“When i ordered 3 cups it stated that delivery would be 2-4 days yet it took two weeks for delivery. I had to contact the company several times to hear that die ti high demand itll take uo to 5 days. 2 weeks later i have just recieved my cups to find i recieved a white one instead if an orange one. Now imagine if i deared sending it back it will probably take 4 weeks to sort out and re deliver another. Ridiculous service really. I havent tried the cups yet.”
“Deliveries were unreasonably delayed and when I finally got a response to my message, my order which had still not been despatched 10 days after being ordered was cancelled because I dared to complain. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at this I was offered my other order, which had been despatched, but not received, free of charge as a gesture of good will by Simon Heraghty, the company founder. Now however, they have changed their mind and want the items back before a refund will be issued. These people are not trustworthy.”
