“Massive design flaw where your nose blocks the air hole so it isn’t smooth drinking experience. Contacted support who weren’t interested but admitted they knew there was an issue. Love their water bottles but will take my business elsewhere now”

“Didn’t feel that the cup kept my drink hot enough. Got this after purchasing a different thermos cup while on holiday and my coffee stays piping hot in that four hours later. Had my coffee in the SHO cup and was lukewarm when I drank it 2 and a half hours later. Nice looking cup but was a disappointment”
