“I absolutely loved the packaging and how beautiful my pacto cup and water bottle look, however, although the water bottle is great the cup has caused me to spill coffee down my top each time I have used it so I won’t be using it again. I emailed customer service to say that the opening appeared to be quite far back and was that the problem? I was told to buy a different top!!
I have gone from being a new brand ambassador and showing my new products to everyone in the staff room to never wanting to buy again. No one really interested now they have had the sale! Such a shame!”
