“It's a great way to keep your drink hot when you have to get on with other stuff. I would continually leave my cup to get cold and have to reheat it numerous times. I love my new Pacto mug. Thanks SHO.”
“Love the look and feel of the cup but I'm afraid the lid is a massive let down! I bought one originally from amazon and @ £19 and it arrived with an unsealed lid that would be no use to travel with. So I then went on to the SHO website and bought 2 lids and another cup, again I was disappointed because when you drink from the lid the coffee trickles out as the air hole is not big enough. I would love someone to contact me about this as I would like to buy a cup and enjoy using it.”

“I bought 5 cups, they are great for keeping drinks cold, still had Ice overnight. Hit drinks don't stay hot but do keep warm for a short while. They look nice and are comfortable to hold. The underneath of the cup says hand-wash only but confusingly there is a dishwasher icon printed on. Be good to know if I an dishwasher it or no”
