“The design is sleek and the colour is beautiful, but this is the first purchase from Sho that I wasn’t happy with. The lid on the pacto is awkward to drink from and the cup too large to fit in the car cup holder. The first time I used it I ended up cleaning my morning coffee out of the cup holder as it just doesn’t fit, and then with the lid not being sealed it obviously allowed the coffee to flow out. I would not recommend the pacto mug based on my experience.”
“Disappointed, the marketing said it would keep my drink hot for up to 4 hours…it didn’t. After 2 hours my coffee was only Luke warm. Would not buy again.”
