“I treated myself to a new SHO and chose the Pacto because it is pretty but am so disappointed in the design shape.
I need to have a covered mug for work but because of the shape of this mug it is very difficult to get the drink to flow out evenly once I have drunk about half of the contents. It jerks out causing it to spill easily
I wish I had bought another Calix - which is far more effective and keeps the drink hotter!”
