“Very dissappointed with this item. The lid has an open hole so difficult to transport, and didn't keep drink hot for long. It was suggested to try out with a silicone lid but this just meant when I removed the silicone lid I dripped coffee everywhere.
Customer service said I could return it unused but by time I paid postage to return on top of original postage or was hardly worth it.”
