“With all this working from home, the SHO Pacto is invaluable. I was always making a tea or coffee, taking it to my computer and since it's so easy to get engrossed in interacting with your screen, when I came to drink the tea/coffee it would be cold, at best tepid. The Pacto is a brilliant idea and stops folks throwing away countless drinks, because it keeps the drink hot/cold for hours. An excellent extra are the stainless steel straws, which go through the lid. Especially useful with fruit juices and cold drinks.”

“Great size and keeps my tea hot until I finish it, I drink black tea and it is just as hot as when I have first boiled the kettle. Only downside is that the lid is not spill proof would be a great improvement if there was an option for a spill proof lid”
