“I received my Pacto a week ago, and it has quickly become my go to mug. The Pacto is a thermo tumble/mug. It is such a nice shape it fits nicely in your hand. 10/10 for my first Sho!”

“Not used yet as was not what I expected. The website photo doesn’t show lid which has a hole in so no good for carrying in a bag which I intended to do. I even saw a photo on their promotional material showing it in a rucksack!Contacted SHO but was offered no help.”
