“For the most part I am happy with it. It does keep the drinks hot. The only thing I find slightly disappointing is that I tend to dribble a bit down the mug or my chin as I finish sipping. I am not the only one. My friend stopped using hers because of this reason which I only found out after I had bought one.
Does look nice and I'll keep using it for now.”
“Kept my tea very hot for well over an hour and a half. The only thing that I would say is be careful the first time that you use it as I nearly burnt my mouth not realising this. Excellent otherwise.”
