“received my order (the guzzler 1.9) but it didn't holds the coldness. I could put lots of ice in and withing 20mins it had gone! I was advised to put boiling hot water in it overnight even though the instructions said don't do this site the the topper. A work colleague pointed out it was the same size as hers (950mls) and I was adamant she was wrong. Low and behold we check the bottom, is been sent the 950ml. Poor checking process and the 1.9 doesn't keep the coldness. Waste of money.”
