“Very happy with my new Flexi mug, especially as purchased on sale (thanks SHO). The drinking part of the lid is a bit more angular than the Pacto, however I've got used to this now and it's fine. It does a brilliant job of keeping my tea warm - I can nip out for the school run and it's still hot when I come back. Importantly tea tastes as normal, it doesn't have that 'flask tea' taste which is so common with flasks.
The only problem I had was that despite regular washing, it gradually developed internal staining on the inside from the tea. This didn't affect the performance but I was disappointed with the appearance. However SHO responded to my email really quickly to advise that an overnight soak with hot water and bicarb would help. The next morning I tipped that mixture out and washed it again with a brush and it came back as new :)
