“Love it! Unfortunately Royal Mail took it upon themselves to return it to Sho instead of redelivering to me . After getting in touch to see if I wanted a refund / replacement, Sho quickly sent it back out to be - free of charge. I wouldn’t buy my flasks or drink bottles from anywhere else now - they’re fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
