Hi Elizabeth, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours. “Fantastic flask, I heat the soup in microwave at 6.10am and have it for lunch at 12pm an it is perfect. No spillage. Great top for storing croutons etc. Top product definitely recommend. Thanks.”
