I ordered the large food flask and find it difficult to fill to the top with food. If its not completely full even after heating with hot water prior to using it doesn't stay hot. Unless you can fill the large stick to the smaller one.

Amazing, got 2 one smaller one and a large one for my boyfriend, they are great he works construction. He will heat up a soup first thing in the morning sometimes even at 5am and when lunch rolls round gone 12, it's still freshly hot as if off the stove. These are perfect and are getting a lot of use. He'll take soup, left over stews, a whole lot better then cold sandwiches everyday. Only complaint was when he did a noodle soup by time he ate it the noodles had well over cooked

Hi Elizabeth, I'm really sorry to hear this. As long as the Food Flask is being preheated, completely filled to the top and the food is put in as hot as possible, it should be keeping your food hot for up to 10 hours.
