Thanks for your review and apologies for any misunderstanding here.
The way a pre-order works is that you pay for and reserve an item that is currently out of stock but a future dispatch date is given instead. As we are completely out of stock of the Sports Bottles at the moment, we're unable to have your order sent out until the advised delivery date you were given you upon placing your order.
All items under the same order will be sent out together so we advise that you place a separate order for non pre-order items if you need them sooner.
Our Sports Bottles will be dispatched on or before the 31st May 2023 as soon as we've received our delivery.
