“After a lot of consideration and because of the product specification of keeping food hot for up to 10 hours, I took the plunge. I bought the 530ml food flask in sage green. The colour is lovely and the addition of a ‘spork’ is great…no need to pack a fork or spoon. I followed the instructions and filled the flask with kettle boiled water and fastened the lid on. The next tip was to heat the food hotter than you usually would. I heated the soup until it was boiling and bubbling vigorously. I was so looking forward to my lunch at work, so you can imagine my disappointment when 5 hours after filling the flask with my lunch, that I opened the lid to lukewarm soup. My old Thermos food flask works better than this and for the price of this flask I would’ve expected it to live up to its claims.”
